Project Grant Application

A village interest group, organization, or association in the village can apply for a subsidy for a livability project. The following conditions apply:

• The maximum subsidy per project is €25,000;
• The application for project funding must be submitted no later than 8 weeks before the project start date;
• A village coordinator must be involved in every application.
• When applying for a subsidy, you must submit the following:
  • an activity plan;
  • a budget for the costs of these activities.

• You must demonstrate that you have attempted to raise funds for the project through other means. For example, using your own financial resources or subsidies from other funds or governments.
• You must demonstrate that there is support for the project. Support is present, for example, if the project is included in the village vision, if residents and local residents have been personally informed and are positive about the project, or if an information meeting has been organized where the project has received a positive response.

Make sure you have the following items on hand:

• General data of the association or foundation.
• IBAN of the association or foundation.
• plans and budgets of the project or initiative
• the village visions or work plans on which the project is based
