• Housing discrimination

• No information on rights and duties as a tenant
• 3 months deposit or more

• The rental agency charges mediation fees
• If you are a migrant worker and the lease and the employment contract are not separated, or if the rights and obligations are not written in a language you understand.

You cannot report this

• If you rent a property from a housing association
• If you have a complaint about overdue maintenance
• If you feel you are paying too much rent
