You can report the following

• Housing discrimination
• Intimidation
• No information about the rights and obligations as a tenant
• 3 months deposit or more
• Housing discrimination
• No fair service charges
• No written rental agreement
• The rental agent charges mediation fees
• If you are a migrant worker and the lease and the employment contract are not separated, or if the rights and obligations are not written in a language you understand.

You cannot report the following

• If you rent a property from a housing association
• If you have a complaint about overdue maintenance
• If you feel you are paying too much rent
