Do you have a project idea but are not yet ready to apply for a permit?

For example, because it has not yet been fully worked out? Or do you have a project idea but would first like to discuss the possibilities before developing it further? Then you can submit your plan using this form. We will then tell you which rules you have to deal with, what you may need to work out and whether your idea fits within the rules of the municipality.

Please fill out the form as completely and comprehensively as possible so we can review it as best we can. 

Keep the following on hand

In order to best assist you, please include at least the following:

• Floor plan or situation sketch of the existing situation (required)
• Floor plan or situation sketch of the future situation (required)

In addition, it helps to send along the following, if any:

• Photos of the current situation (optional)
• Substantiation or motivation as an attachment (optional)
• Report of consultation/participation (optional)
• Other attachment(s) (optional)

Please note that you cannot save the form in the interim.
