What are the conditions?

You provide unpaid care or informal care to a family member or loved one
This person lives in the municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel (you may live outside the municipality yourself)
You provide the support for a minimum of 8 hours per week unpaid.
As a caregiver, you are known to KEaRN Steunpunt Mantelzorg, or you agree to us passing on your data to KEaRN.

Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with full = full.
