Appreciation grant (support for administrative expenses).
Village budget (free to spend on activities that contribute to the livability of the village)
Development grant (research or preparation of projects that enhance livability or participation)
Project grant (to implement projects to enhance the livability of the village)

Make sure you have the following items on hand:

General data of the association or foundation.
IBAN of the association or foundation.
For when you are applying for development grants or project grants:
- plans and budgets of the project or initiative
- the village visions or work plans on which the project is based
