For a small event, such as a street party or neighborhood barbecue, you do not need a permit. A notification is sufficient. First check whether your event meets the conditions for a notification small event (see below).
Make a notification small event at least 3 weeks before the day of the event. You will receive a confirmation of receipt after your notification. After that, you will receive a response from us as soon as possible.
The further conditions of a notification are described in our General Local Ordinance (APV).
If not all of the above conditions apply, apply for an event permit.
