Waste Regulation 2022
The new Waste Ordinance 2022 will be available for public inspection for 6 weeks starting December 17, 2021, according to the public participation ordinance.
The City Council of the Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel plans to,
pursuant to Sections 10.23(1), 10.24(2), 10.25 and 10.26(1) of the Environmental Management Act and Section 3.5(1) of the Animals Act and Section 2(1) of the Separate Collection of Household Waste Decree,
Adopt the Waste Ordinance 2022 and the Waste Ordinance 2022 Implementation Decree.
The Waste Ordinance 2022 and the Waste Ordinance 2022 Implementation Decree are available for public inspection for 6 weeks from December 17, 2021, according to the Public Participation Ordinance, in conjunction with Section 3.4. of the General Administrative Law Act. The ordinance and implementing decree can be found under Documents.

During the public inspection period, anyone could submit a written opinion to the College of Mayor and Alderman.
