House rules city hall and work locations
It is important to us that everyone feels welcome in our Town Hall. Therefore, we have a few house rules for your and our safety. We kindly ask you to respect these house rules so that our town hall and other work locations remain pleasant and safe places for everyone.
Our house rules
- We welcome assistance and guide dogs. Other (domestic) animals are not allowed;
- You may use your wheelchair or mobility scooter. Please leave skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles and scooters outside;
- Are you unable to attend a scheduled appointment? Please notify the staff member with whom you have the appointment on time;
- We only allow persons in the consultation rooms and at the front desk who are relevant to the appointment or interview in question;
- We refuse visitors who are under the influence of drink or drugs. Use of liquor and drugs is prohibited;
- You are not allowed to smoke;
- You may not bring weapons with you;
- We treat visitors with openness, integrity and respect. We ask that you treat our staff the same way. We do not tolerate yelling, cursing, insulting or discriminating;
- We do not tolerate aggressive behavior and physical violence;
- We would like to know who you are. You must take off non-religious headgear (for example, a balaclava or integral helmet);
- You may not make film or sound recordings without our permission. Photography without permission is also not allowed.
Are you not respecting our house rules? Then we will speak to you about it. If you do not follow the instructions of our employees, there may be consequences. For example, you may have to leave the town hall or we may report you to the police. We will always report threats, violence or material damage.
