Omgevingswet Environmental Vision

The Omgevingswet the space in which we live, work, and relax: the physical living environment. This new law consolidates existing laws and simplifies the rules governing much of what you see, smell, and hear outdoors. This allows you to review the rules and regulations of the various levels of government (municipalities, water boards, provinces, and the national government) all at once. The law applies to all residents, organizations, and businesses. The Omgevingswet effect on January 1, 2024.
