Rules of the game social media channels

We use social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to connect with residents and other interested parties. We want to do that in a safe and pleasant way. Below you can read what you can expect from us and we can expect from you. 

  • We aim to respond to you within 24 hours during weekdays.
  • We would like to ask you not to share personal information, such as your address, phone number, bank account number or login information via public messages. For your own safety, we will delete this.
  • Do you have a question that requires you to provide personal information? Please contact us via private message, phone or email.

Our game rules

Everyone is welcome to comment or ask a question on our social media. We do have some ground rules for using social media.

  • We respect everyone's opinion and expect the same from you.
  • Please keep your response clean. We do not accept foul language, insults, discrimination and threats. We will delete these expressions immediately.
  • Please respect the privacy of others. Posts with personal information about others will be deleted immediately.
  • Advertisements are not allowed, they will be removed.

Is someone not following these rules? Then we speak to that person about it via the relevant social media channel. Does the undesirable behavior then continue? Then we end the conversation and do not help further. We record the incident and may take action.
