Anterior agreement transformation of the Swettetsjerke, De Zwette 22 in Noardburgum

The College of Mayor and Aldermen announces that on July 3, 2025, it entered into an anterior agreement as referred to in Section 6.24 of the Spatial Planning Act (Wro) (now Section 13.13 of the Environment Act) with the Swadde B.V.

This agreement is for the transformation of the Swettetsjerke, at Zwette 22 in Noardburgum whereby a building plan will be realized, consisting of 

• 11 rental apartments divided into 4 apartments in the social rental category,
• 4 apartments in the mid-rent category,
• 3 apartments in the free sector rental category with associated site layout,
• 11 storerooms,
• 12 parking spaces
• and an access road.

The agreement relates to the plot(s) cadastral municipality of Bergum, section I, number(s) 3610 and 269 (ged.), with a combined size of approximately 2,580 m², known locally as De Zwette 20 (which only serves as a right of way) and Zwette 22 A to K at 9257 RP Noardburgum.

For consideration

A business description of the contents of the agreement will be available for public inspection for six (6) weeks, from July 17, 2025 to August 28, 2025, in accordance with Section 6.2.12 Spatial Planning Decree (Bro) (now Section 16.138 Environment Act) .
