Objection to WOZ assessment/tax bill

Before you file an objection: have you seen the valuation report of your property with comparable properties sold?

DigiDView the valuation report of your property via MijnOverheid

If you are unable to view your valuation report online, you can request it via belasting@t-diel.nl. Or call 14 0511.

Filing an objection is no longer possible

You can no longer object. You could submit an objection to the WOZ value up to and including April 14, 2025.

I object to the WOZ. Should I then also object to the ozone tax assessment?

No, an objection to the value is automatically also an objection to the property tax assessment.

Do I have to pay the assessment if I file an objection?

Yes. If you file an objection, you do not automatically receive a postponement of payment. You must still pay the amount on your assessment to the municipality. If your objection is approved, you will get your money back afterwards.

Someone else is filing an objection

It is possible that someone else is lodging an objection on your behalf. If this is the case, the notice of objection must be accompanied by a written authorization signed by you.
