Reporting income, changes and vacation

Do you have income in addition to your assistance? For example, from work or alimony? Then you must report your income to us before the 1st of the following month. You can do this online in My Income.

Going on vacation or away from home for a while? Please let us know in advance

Of course, sometimes you want to go on vacation or just get away. That's not a problem. However, there are rules associated with this. You must tell us if:

  • You are going abroad for more than 1 day.
  • You are going on vacation for more than 14 days or staying somewhere else in the Netherlands.

Please notify us at least 4 weeks in advance.

Does anything else change that we need to know about?

For example, are you moving in together or having a child? If so, please also report this with the change form.

Status Form

You will receive a status form once a year, except if you are in a crisis shelter or in other certain housing arrangements or must submit a monthly income form. The status form lists the information known to us that is important in determining your entitlement to benefits. You check that your information is correct and indicate any changes in the information on the form. After this, you return the signed form. Even if nothing has changed.
