Organizing a fair
Do you want to organise a funfair? Then you need a permit from the municipality. You will find the application form at the bottom of this page.
How does it work?
You can apply for the permit from the municipality. Please provide the following information:
- Name of the fairground boss;
- Name of the contact person at the fairground;
- Description of the attractions at the fair (with technical data);
- Date and time of the funfair;
- Date and time of setting up and dismantling the funfair;
- Expected number of visitors:
- Available support teams, such as first aid and security;
- Whether roads need to be closed;
- Expected noise production (type, time, location):
- Method of power supply for the funfair;
- Or you serve lightly alcoholic beverages (for example, beer and wine);
- How and by whom the site will be cleaned afterwards.
You must have a valid certificate of compliance for your attraction. You must be able to show this certificate, as well as a logbook (per fairground attraction), before the fair begins. If these requirements are not met, the fairground attraction may not be used.
How much does it cost?
A fee is charged for occupying pitches on public land. You can view the rates in the Rates table pertaining to the Tytsjerksteradiel market fee bylaw.
