Proposal to lease a plot of land adjacent to Trambaan 43 in Burgum

The Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel intends to lease a small plot of land located next to Trambaan 43 in Burgum, registered in the land registry as Municipality of Burgum, Section G, Number 7548, measuring approximately 5 m². 

The lot may be used exclusively for the flagpole and parking lot. The annual rent is €50.

Based on objective, reasonable, and verifiable criteria, the municipality has determined that only one serious candidate is eligible for the lease. The municipality leases the parcel exclusively to adjacent property owners. In the case of this parcel, there is one adjacent property owner and therefore one serious candidate.

Do you disagree with this decision?

If you believe that you are also eligible to lease this parcel of land based on the criteria set forth above, you must initiate summary proceedings before the judge presiding over preliminary relief matters at the District Court of Northern Netherlands, Leeuwarden location, within 14 calendar days, i.e., no later than April 29, 2026. This is a strict deadline.
