Many residents on welfare do not benefit from the current tight labor market. We know from experience that these residents can take steps toward employment, but that this requires time and guidance. Part of this group also has an employment limitation. The employers' team works together with entrepreneurs to ensure that there is a place for everyone in the labor market.

What can you contact us for?

Do you have questions about personnel? We are happy to think along with you. Whether it's about finding suitable candidates, creating suitable positions or making use of subsidies and schemes - we are there for you. During a company visit, we will identify the opportunities together with you. Think for example of solutions such as job carving or job creation, with which you can organize customized work and make a social impact.

We know the people in our region. That's why we work closely with social workers, job coaches, trainers and other partners. This way we ensure that our support always matches your situation and the possibilities of job seekers. Our approach is personal, targeted and focused on sustainable matches.

What can the employer team do for you?

The Employer Team supports you free of charge in finding the right candidate for your vacancy or work experience position. We ensure a good match and take as much work off your hands as possible. 

Our guidance consists of various instruments, such as: 

  • Trial placement - the duration depends on the distance from employment; 
  • Job coaching - on-the-job guidance for a good start; 
  • No-Risk Policy - legal regulation through the target group register; 
  • Wage subsidy - customization after wage-value measurement; 
  • Wage compensation (UWV) - partial wage reimbursement; 
  • Wage value determination - determination of wage value in practice; 
  • Workplace adjustments - support in setting up a suitable workplace 
  • Sheltered employment - for workers who need additional guidance. 

In addition, you can make use of business advice "Inclusive Work Organization" (the business scan) free of charge. Together with the UWV, we look at how your organization can become more accessible to people with labor disabilities. Consider creating tasks that are routine and do not require specific training. 

Social Return (SROI). 

Has your organization received an order from the Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel that includes a Social Return Obligation (SROI)? 

The Employer Team is happy to help you find suitable candidates and complete this obligation.
