We work by appointment. This means that we are happy to help you on an agreed day and time. For many activities, you can make an appointment online.

Pick up without appointment
Picking up your passport, identity card or driver's license can be done without an appointment during our business hours.

Different opening hours during holidays
City Hall is closed each year on: New Year's Day, Easter Monday, King's Day, Liberation Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
