Sanjesfjild Trynwâlden Industrial Estate

"Sanjesfjild" will be the new business park for the Trynwâlden area. There is renewed interest from entrepreneurs in the region. The municipality is working on an adapted plan, with the intention of initially developing a small part of the original plan from 2010. This requires a new zoning plan. Currently, work is being done on the starting memorandum for this plan.

Plots and buildings

The starting point is, for the time being, the original division of land. The scale of business premises varies from 300 m2 to 1,000 m2, with a few larger buildings. In terms of appearance, building type, height, and shape, the buildings must match the agricultural buildings in the rural area. The buildings are exclusively oriented east-west. There is room for a limited number of live-work locations on the business park. With regard to the original plan, the urban planning requirements will be adjusted.
