Business park Sanjesfjild Trynwâlden

"Sanjesfjild" will be the new business park for Trynwâlden. There is renewed interest from entrepreneurs from the region. The municipality is working on adjusted plan, the intention being to develop a small part of the original plan from 2010 for the time being. This will require a new zoning plan. Work is currently underway on the starting memorandum for this plan.

Lots and buildings

The starting point for now is the original subdivision. The scale of farm buildings varies from 300 m2 to 1,000 m2 and a single building of larger dimensions. In terms of appearance, building type, height and ground form, the buildings must be consistent with the agricultural buildings of the outlying area. The buildings are exclusively oriented east-west. The business park has room for a limited number of live/work locations. With respect to the original plan, the urban development requirements will be adjusted.
