Jistrum General Cemetery
This cemetery is located at Schoolstraat 53, 9258 CG in Jistrum. The Civil Affairs department arranges the allocation of the graves. For more information or to apply for a grave, please contact Ms. M. Swart. You can email her at: mswart@t-diel.nl or call 14 0511.
If you want to place a memorial stone or other monument at or on a grave, you need a permit for this. Usually the permit is applied for by a stonemason.
Costs
The municipality incurs costs for the maintenance of the cemetery. To cover these costs, an annual fee is charged to the owners of a grave; these are the maintenance fees. View the costs in the regulation.
Redeeming maintenance rights
The maintenance rights can be bought off for any desired period of 10 years. The costs for this depend on the desired period. You can request information about this without obligation from Mrs. D. van der Bij, via d.vanderbij@t-diel.nl or by telephone on 14 0511. If you want to buy off the maintenance rights, please let us know in writing. Please state in your letter which grave it concerns and for which period you want to buy off the maintenance rights.
