If you are going to buy a house, the mortgage lender will sometimes ask you for data about the house and land. The municipality can give you those details. This is called a building and land declaration.

How does it work?

You can ask the municipality for information about a plot. You can do this by emailing gemeente@t-diel.nl or calling 14 0511.
