Soil Information

If you are going to buy a house, the mortgage lender will sometimes ask you for data about the house and land. The municipality can give you those details. This is called a building and land declaration.

The Tytsjerksteradiel Municipal Council charges fees for providing soil information. You can find the fee ordinance here.

The cost for researching and compiling soil information is €20.20 per 15 minutes. You will be billed for the actual time spent.
