Boat at the unloading dock in Earnewâld

A boat has been moored at the unloading dock in Earnewâld for some time now. This boat is not permitted to be moored there. This is prohibited under Article 4:13 and Article 5:27 of the General Local Regulation (APV).

The boat has been given a red warning sticker and must be removed before March 4, 2026. If the boat is still in the same place after this date, the municipality may decide to remove it itself.

The owner of the boat must contact the municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel. You can call the municipality on 14 0511 and ask for Safety and Enforcement.
