- Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The environmental site is closed on: New Year's Day, Easter Monday, King's Day, Liberation Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
What should you bring?
- Your proof of identity.
- A debit card or cash so you can pay any deposit fees immediately.

If you sort the different types of waste in advance you can dispose of it with us for free.
Do you bring the different types of waste unsorted? Then it costs:
- €5 for a load in a passenger car or smaller transport.
- €12 for a load on a single axle.
- €35 for a load on a tandem axle.

Small Chemical Waste
Small chemical waste (MSW) consists mainly of products that are toxic, flammable or otherwise harmful.
Small chemical waste can include batteries, batteries, paint, glue, pesticides and oil products such as frying fat, as well as old or surplus medication. These products may not be disposed of with residual waste.
Where and when can you drop off your KCA?
Small chemical waste can only be handed in at the environmental street, Mr. W.M. Oppedijk van Veenweg 10, 9251 GA Burgum.
Bringing small chemical waste is free and can be done on Wednesdays as well as on a number of Saturdays spread throughout the year.
