ESF grant

Thanks to the European Social Fund (ESF) grant, the municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel has received grant money to help people find work. People who struggle to find work receive support and training thanks to this grant. The grant is specifically aimed at:

  • young people up to 28 years of age
  • people 50 years of age or older
  • people who have been on benefits for at least six months
  • people with disabilities
  • refugees with residency status

Leeuwarden municipality is center municipality for labor market region Fryslân and applied for the ESF subsidy in cooperation with the other municipalities.
