We will use the information provided in this form to prepare your application. We will then invite you for an interview. During this interview, we will tell you more about the options available for your sex business or escort service and help you fill out an application form. 

What you need to know 

• You will not be granted an operating license if the sex business does not fit within the environmental plan.
• An operating license is valid for 3 years.
• We are conducting the Bibob assessment for this operating license.

Terms 

You are eligible for an operating license if you meet at least the following conditions: 

• You are of good character, meaning you have no criminal record.
• Your plans fit in with the environmental plan for the location in question.
• You must be at least 21 years old. 

In addition, the establishment complies with other laws and regulations such as the Building Decree and the Building Regulations. We also assess you against the BIBOB Act (protection against the risk of facilitating criminal activities). You must complete a separate application form for this. You will receive this form at the same time as the application form for this permit.
