Did you know that subversive crime is sometimes closer than you think? Through the photo exhibition “Subversion in Focus,” created by students at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences, we shed light on this hidden world.

The exhibition is now on display in the lobby of the town hall in Burgum. There, you can learn what signs may indicate subversive activity and what you can do to prevent it. In this way, we can work together to build a safe and strong community.

Where: Public Hall, Tytsjerksteradiel Town Hall, Burgum

What is subversion?

Subversion is a form of crime in which the underworld and the mainstream become intertwined. Denk criminals who use a business to launder money or a rental property to manufacture drugs. These forms of crime can lead to fraud, corruption, and a diminished sense of security in society.
