Procurement Social Domain Social Support Act (Wmo)

Care providers who wish to be considered for an agreement to deliver customized provisions within the framework of the Social Support Act (Wmo) can make use of the "Open House" admission procedure. These customized provisions concern individual support, day care, short-term stay, and household help.

In this procedure, all healthcare providers can be considered for an agreement to deliver social support (WMO) customized provisions if they meet the set requirements and agree to the pre-determined rates. Registration can take place continuously throughout the entire contract term. The service agreements do not guarantee revenue. Residents with an official decision (beschikking) choose from the admitted providers for the purchase of WMO customized provisions.

To be admitted to the Implementation Agreement, you must register via Mercell Source-to-Contract. In Mercell Source-to-Contract, you must carefully complete the various steps and fully complete and sign the required documents. After submitting the registration, the municipality will check whether you qualify and meet all requirements. Go to Mercell Source-to-Contract to start the registration procedure.

The contracts concluded from 2018 onwards had a term of 3 years (thus ending on December 31, 2020) with the additional provision that they could be tacitly renewed annually. A minimum notice period of 6 months applies. For 2025, the contracts have again been tacitly renewed, meaning that the contract will continue at least until December 31, 2025.

Consultation tables

As indicated in the document Open House explanation procedure, consultation tables are organized where consultations take place between municipalities and (a representation of) contracted care providers about parts of the implementation agreement. Relevant documents regarding the consultation tables are published on the website of the municipality.
