Procurement Social Domain Wmo

Providers of care who wish to be considered for an agreement to supply customized facilities under the Wmo can use the "Open House" admission procedure. These customized facilities include individual guidance, day care, short-term stay and Household Assistance.

In this procedure, all providers of care can be considered for a contract to provide Wmo customized services if they meet the set requirements and agree to the predetermined rates. Tendering can take place continuously throughout the contract term. Implementation agreements do not guarantee revenue. Residents with an order choose themselves from among the authorized providers to purchase Wmo customized services.

For admission to the Execution Agreement, you must enroll through Mercell Source-to-Contract. In Mercell Source-to-Contract, you must carefully go through the various steps and fully complete and sign the required documents. After submitting the tender, a check will follow from the municipality to see if you qualify and meet all the requirements. Go to Mercell Source-to-Contract to start the enrollment process.

The contracts concluded from 2018 had a term of 3 years (thus ending on December 31, 2020) with the additional provision of tacit annual renewal. A minimum notice period of 6 months applies. For 2025, the contracts have again been tacitly renewed so that the contract continues in any case until December 31, 2025.

Consultation tables

As indicated in the document Open House explanation procedure, consultation tables are organized where consultation takes place between municipalities and (a representation of) contracted care providers about parts of the implementation agreement. Relevant documents relating to the consultation tables are published on the municipality's website.
