Procurement Social Domain

Procurement of products in the Social Domain primarily concerns the Youth Act, the Participation Act, and the Social Support Act (Wmo). In some cases, the municipality uses a so-called “open house” procedure. New providers of Health be eligible at any time for a contract to provide Health they can meet the specified Requirements rates. For some products, the municipality has entered into multi-year contracts with one or more suppliers, and no new providers may be admitted during the contract term.

The Frisian municipalities have largely placed the procurement of youth care with Social Domain Friesland. Transport in the municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel has been placed with mobility agency Jobinder. Below you will find more information about the various care contracts within the Social Domain.
