Filing a complaint
Do you have to wait too long for a letter to be answered? Is the handling of a case taking too long? Have you requested information but not received it? Or have you not been treated properly? In such cases, you can report this to us. Gladly, because we believe that we should help you properly and decently!
Have you come across a loose paving stone, a fallen tree or a broken lamppost? Then file a Report Living and Living.
How does it work?
You can file a complaint in the following ways:
- Directly by filling out the complaint form using the button above.
- In writing: to mayor and aldermen, attn. the complaints coordinator, Postbus 3, 9250 AA in Burgum
- Orally: to the complaints coordinator. To do so, call 14 0511.
What happens after I file a complaint?
- The complaint coordinator will contact you to clarify the complaint and/or to see if anything else can be "done.
- If you wish to maintain the complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.
- The person handling the complaint will invite you so that you can tell your story. The person complained about will be asked for an explanation.
- The college will then rule on the complaint. You will be notified of this in writing. If the college believes that the complaint is justified, it will indicate in the letter what measures will be taken to prevent similar complaints in the future and/or to improve services.
