Report danger, nuisance or unsafe situations 

In case of unsafe or suspicious situations, call 911. 

Youth or noise nuisance, illegal construction, parking nuisance from cars or bikes or litter on the street? See below where to report these types of issues. 

Police, ambulance and fire departments

Call 911 at:

  • Danger, injury and fire.
  • Theft, robbery or assault.
  • Burglary of home, car or a suspicious situation.
  • Assault, violence or brawl.
  • Drug trafficking.
  • Gas smell.

No urgency, but police

Call 0900 - 8844 if:

  • It is not urgent, but you want to speak to police.
  • You witnessed theft, assault, accident or fights.
  • You experience youth nuisance, drug nuisance or noise nuisance.
  • You don't trust a store, organization or activities.
  • You experienced discrimination.

The police website also allows you to file a report online. 

The municipality

Call 140511 at:

  • Youth nuisance, drug nuisance or noise nuisance.
  • Destruction.
  • Street harassment.
  • Pollution and waste.
  • Unsafe traffic situations.

Through the municipality's website, you can also file a notification online through Fixi.

Report Crime Anonymously 

Want to report something about crime without mentioning your name? Then call 0800 - 7000 or make an online report via Report Crime Anonymously.

Safe home 

Do you suspect domestic violence or abuse? Or are you worried about someone? Call 0800 - 2000 or report it via Samen Veilig.

Report discrimination 

Have you been discriminated against on grounds such as ethnicity, skin color, religion, age, gender or disability? Report this to National discrimination hotline.

Residential nuisance and housing fraud 

Are you experiencing nuisance from your neighbors? For example, noise pollution or garbage in the common area. Or do you suspect residential fraud? For example, that the house is sublet without permission of the owner. Report this to team Security of the municipality, by phone via 140511 or via email veiligheid@t-diel.nl.
