Is a family member, friend or acquaintance exhibiting troubled behavior and are you concerned? Then you can call the national Dispatch Center for Concerned Behavior at telephone number 0800 - 1205. In an emergency, always call 112. Do you think about suicide? Then call 113. On the website of the Government you can read more about where you can go with concerns about a person with confused behavior.
Compulsory Mental Health Care Act (Wvggz).
The Compulsory Mental Health Care Act (Wvggz) will apply from January 1, 2020. This law regulates the rights of people facing compulsory care in the mental health care system. An important change is that compulsory care can soon also be provided outside a mental health institution. You can read more about the Wvggz on the central government website.
