Monuments in the municipality

The municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel values the characteristic buildings in the municipality. Together with the historical archaeological finds, the woodland landscape, and the open/wide landscape, this forms the identity of our environment. Therefore, the municipality wants to preserve these characteristic buildings, as they keep the history of our beautiful municipality visible. The municipality, therefore, plans to designate buildings with cultural historical value as municipal monuments.
