Independent client support (OCO)
A client support worker is happy to help you. For example, if you want to arrange help or support and you don't know how to do that or where to go. The help and support can cover various topics, such as care, youth support, education, welfare, housing, work, or income. Help from a client support worker is free of charge.
- Listens and thinks along with you
The support worker listens to your story and helps you determine what is important to you. - Provides information and advice
You will receive an explanation of the options available and assistance in making choices. - Helps you find care and support
The support worker is familiar with the services available in the region and knows where you can go for help. - Assists with practical matters
This may include help filling out forms, having conversations or making objections.
The support worker is there for you and is not bound by the interests of a municipality or healthcare organization.
