Independent client support (oco)

Sometimes, as a resident, you have a question or need support. For example, about living independently (for longer), care, parenting, resources, youth assistance, participation, welfare, education, or work and income. An independent client supporter can help you find the right care or support free of charge. The independent client supporter can, among other things:

  • Helping you figure out what your questions and wishes are and put them into words
  • Accompanying to meetings
  • Helping you find the right information
  • Explaining how an application proceeds
  • Helping you make your choices
  • Thinking along and helping to find solutions
  • Helping you if you have problems with the care or support you receive
