Adjusting catering opening hours on a one-off basis

Commercial catering establishments have a general exemption from the closing hour with one-way traffic from 02:00 AM. This means that these catering establishments can decide for themselves when they want to close. It is not allowed to let guests in after 02:00 AM. The semi-commercial catering industry, such as community centers and sports canteens, has a different closing regime, which is inherent to the type of catering.

As a semi-commercial catering establishment, would you like to be open longer than permitted on a particular occasion? In certain cases, such as special events, this is possible. You need to apply to the municipality for an exemption from closing hours.
