Regional vision for tourism and recreation

In early 2020, the municipalities of Tytsjerksteradiel, Achtkarspelen, Dantumadiel and Noardeast-Fryslân jointly adopted a vision for tourism and recreation. The municipalities have agreed that, as a region, they want to make a commitment to grow the tourism and recreation sector substantially over the next 10 years into a sector of greater stature. The result will be a boost to the local economy, more sales and more jobs. And a better living environment for our own residents.
