Pitch applications
If you want to sell items or food from a stall or sales wagon, you need to apply for a stand permit from the municipality. You may then stand with your stall or cart in a public place in the open air. For example, on or near the public road.
You can request a pitch if you:
- is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
- legal capacity.
How does it work?
You request the permit from the municipality. When doing so, provide the following information:
- What goods or services you sell;
- In what location you want the pitch (with situational drawing);
- On which day or part of the day you want to use the pitch.
If you want to have a stand at 1 of the weekly markets in Burgum, Hurdegaryp or Gytsjerk, you need a market permit from the municipality.
You can submit the application for both pitch and marketplace digitally.
Cost
There is a fee to apply for a stand permit.
