Proposal to lease a plot of land next to De Tille 2, Gytsjerk

The Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel intends to lease a portion of a parcel of land located next to De Tille 2 in Gytsjerk, known in the land registry as Municipality of Gytsjerk, Section F, Number 2704, measuring approximately 134 m². 

The lot may be used exclusively as a garden in accordance with the “Green Space” zoning designation under the Gytsjerk-Mûnein 2021 zoning plan. The annual rent at the start of the lease is €405.86.

Based on objective, reasonable, and verifiable criteria, the municipality has determined that only one serious candidate is eligible for the lease. The municipality leases the parcel exclusively to adjacent property owners. In the case of this parcel, there is one adjacent property owner and therefore one serious candidate.

Do you disagree with this decision?

If you believe that you, too, should be eligible to lease this parcel of land based on the criteria set forth above, you must initiate summary proceedings before the judge in preliminary relief matters at the District Court of the Northern Netherlands, Leeuwarden location, within 14 calendar days, and therefore no later than July 1, 2026. This is a strict deadline.
