Proposed sale of land at De Tunen 14 in Ryptsjerk

The municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel intends to sell a small green space located at De Tunen 14 in Ryptsjerk, registered in the land registry as municipality of Hardegarijp, section A, number 8219, comprising approximately 100 m². The plot may only be used as a green space in accordance with the “Green Space” zoning designation under the Ryptsjerk 2022 zoning plan. The sale price is €60.00, with the buyer responsible for closing costs.

Based on objective, reasonable, and verifiable criteria, the municipality has determined that only one serious candidate is eligible for the purchase. The municipality sells small plots of land exclusively to adjacent property owners.

There is one adjacent property owner for this lot, and therefore one serious prospective buyer.

If you believe that you are also eligible to purchase this small green space based on the criteria set forth above, you must initiate summary proceedings before the judge in preliminary relief matters at the District Court of Northern Netherlands, Leeuwarden location, within 14 calendar days, and therefore no later than June 10, 2026. This is a deadline.
