Waste container request or broken?
You can, if you meet a number of conditions, have an additional sorting bin or a free sorting bin in use at a reduced rate. You can find more information about this at the bottom of this page.

Did your container break down?
Then you can have it exchanged for another one. Via the purple button 'report waste container' you can report the broken container to us digitally.
Please note the following:
- You can report a broken container any day.
- From the next business day after notification, would you like the container ready? Within a week of your notification, the broken container will be exchanged.
- The old container must be accessible to your home (for example, in front of the house by the front door or in the driveway) but not on the road.
Did the chip break?
Via the purple button 'report waste container' you can digitally notify us that the chip needs to be replaced.
Please keep in mind the following:
- The container must be accessible to your home (for example, in front of house near front door or in driveway), but not on the road.
- When replacing the chip, the container does not have to be empty, as we only replace the chip.
- Within a week of reporting, the chip will be replaced (for example, reported Thursday, the chip will be replaced no later than the following Thursday).
Do you need an extra container?

Via the purple button 'notification waste container' you can request an extra bio bin (green), sorting bin (gray) or paper container (in the villages where this applies). Also read the conditions under the heading 'Conditions for additional containers'.

Terms of additional containers
You are eligible for an additional sorti bin at a reduced rate € 82.20 per year:
- When you have a household of 6 people or more;
- when you have a household of 5 persons or more whose one or more children is in diapers.
You are eligible for a free extra sorting bin:
- if you have a household where there is additional household waste based on medical reasoning (e.g. ostomy bags/incontinence materials), please go to the medical waste page. Here you can read how to request a medical container.
Container at new construction home?
Via the purple button 'report waste container' you can request a container for your new home. You can only submit the request if you are registered at the address of the new home.
Container for businesses?
The municipality does not collect business waste and therefore does not provide containers to businesses. For this, you can use a licensed collector.
