Collective insulation campaign for Frisian homeowners
The Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel has started an insulation campaign in cooperation with other Frisian municipalities. This campaign is specifically for owners of a poorly insulated home with a WOZ value below the municipal average of €283,000 (reference year 2022). The subsidy is available through Duurzaam Bouwloket, the municipality's energy desk.
Offer from the municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel
This campaign is part of a national subsidy under the National Insulation Programme. The Frisian municipalities have jointly made an amount of 16.7 million euros available. As a result, residents of the municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel are eligible for a subsidy of up to € 2,110 for insulating their homes.
Provincial supplement for low-income households
The province offers an additional subsidy for low-income households. An amount of €4.5 million has been made available for this purpose. Residents with an income up to 150% of the statutory social minimum can claim up to €2,500 extra on top of the municipal subsidy.
Applications via the Sustainable Building Counter
The Sustainable Building Information Center, the energy desk of the Frisian municipalities, is carrying out this campaign in collaboration with local insulation companies. Both the municipal and provincial subsidies can easily be applied for in one go. The promotion can be applied for until August 31, 2026, but may end earlier if the subsidy budget runs out. More information about this promotion and the conditions can be found at Duurzaambouwloket.nl.
