The container is broken
Has your container broken?
You can have it replaced with a new container. You can easily report the damaged container to us by clicking the purple "Report a Damaged Container" button below.
Please note the following points:
- You can report the broken container any day.
- Please have the container ready starting the next business day after you report it.
- The container will be replaced within one week of your report.
- Make sure the broken container is empty before you put it outside.
- Place the container in an accessible location near your home (for example, by the front door or on the driveway), but not on the street.
