Trash Containers
Good to Know
Here's how to put the containers out on the street:
- At the designated cluster location.
- With the side where the lid opens facing the street.
- With the lid closed, without any trash sticking out.
- On a flat surface.
- Stay away from cars, trees, and streetlights.
- On collection day, before 7:00 a.m. (see the Omrin Waste Calendar at).
- After emptying it, pick it up from the roadside again on the same day before midnight.
Containers at a new home
If you have a newly built home, you can request containers by clicking the purple button below labeled “Request Containers for Newly Built Homes.”
Please note that you can only submit this request if you are registered at the address of your new home. If you have already received the keys but are not yet registered at this address, you cannot request containers at this time.
Containers for Businesses / Commercial Waste Collection
The municipality does not collect commercial waste and therefore cannot provide containers to businesses or to residences with a home-based business that are registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
Do you have commercial waste? If so, you can contact a licensed waste collector. They can help you find a suitable solution for collecting your waste.
