There is a problem with the container's chip, or the container is not recognized

Is your container's chip broken, missing, or is your container no longer registered with us? You can easily let us know by clicking the purple "Report Container Chip" button below.

To help you as effectively and quickly as possible, we ask that you keep the following in mind:

  • Please have your container ready starting the next business day after you report it.
  • Place the container in an easily accessible spot near your home (for example, by the front door or on the driveway), but not on the street.
  • You don't need to empty the container; we'll just replace the chip.
  • We’ll make sure the chip is replaced within 1 week.
    (For example: if you report this on Thursday, it will be taken care of by the following Thursday at the latest.)
  • You can tell that the chip has been replaced because the container will be returned to your home upside down.
