Requesting information (Woo request)
The Open Government Act (Woo) allows you to access municipal records and files that are not yet actively made public by the municipality. You can do so using our form, or you can make a Woo request by calling us at 14 0511.
Would you rather write a letter?
You can also. Send these to:
Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel, KCC Department
Postbus
9250 AA Burgum
Requesting data about yourself?
Would you like to request information only about or for yourself? If so, please complete the personal data processing access request form. This will ensure that your request is directed to the appropriate department.
What is the Open Government Act?
The Woo regulates access to certain government documents that have not yet been made public. This allows you to request information about the government’s activities. Read more about the Woo on Rijksoverheid.nl.
The municipality already actively discloses information
You can find this information on our site. It covers the following topics:
- Decisions of the college of mayor and aldermen
- City Council agenda and decisions
- Zoning plans on Ruimtelijkeplannen.nl
- Municipal Budget
- Municipal Methodology
- Organizational chart of the municipality
Want to know or request something we don't actively disclose?
You can do so with a Woo request. However, a Woo request also has exceptions. For example, competition-sensitive or personal information.
You will be notified within 4 weeks
If we need longer to process your request, we may extend this period by 2 weeks. Is that not enough for us either, for example because you request a lot of information? Then we will contact you.
Do you have questions about previous Woo requests?
Please contact us at gemeente@t-diel.nl.
