Opening of the Fries Doortrappen season in Tytsjerksteradiel
The opening of the Frisian 'Doortrappen' (Keep Cycling) season will take place on Wednesday morning, April 16. The 'Doortrappen' program aims to enable older adults to cycle safely until they are 100 years old.
Kick-off in Tytsjerksteradiel
The 'Doortrappen' (Keep Pedaling) program aims to ensure that seniors can continue cycling for as long and as safely as possible. In all 18 Frisian municipalities, we are kicking off the Frisian 'Doortrappen' season simultaneously.
In Tytsjerksteradiel, we are organizing a bike tour for seniors in the Noardburgum area. The route is approximately 20 kilometers and follows safe paths and roads. We will start at 10:00 AM at the De Balstien community center in Noardburgum. Afterwards, coffee and a treat will be waiting for you.
