Issue of leasehold plot at Langelaan and Monnikenweg in Burgum
Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel intends to issue parcels of pasture 1 on 1 in liberalized lease. The municipality is of the opinion that, based on objective, reasonable and testable criteria, 1 serious candidate qualifies for the liberalized lease of these parcels, because the lessee in question has stipulated in the past when selling the parcels in question to the municipality that the lessee may continue to lease these lands from year to year until the municipality develops these parcels.

It concerns plots of pasture land located on Langelaan and Monnikenweg in Burgum, cadastral municipality of Bergum, section I, number 3086, measuring 30,510m2, cadastral municipality of Hardegarijp, section I, number 463, measuring 23.810m2, kadastraal bekend gemeente Hardegarijp, sectie I, nummer 464, groot 15,595m2, kadastraal bekend gemeente Hardegarijp, sectie I, nummer 465, groot 26,075m2 and kadastraal bekend gemeente Hardegarijp, sectie I, nummer 466, groot 32,285m2.

Lease agreement and rent
The lease is concluded for a period of 1 year. The lease commences on January 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026.
The lease price is based on the maximum allowable lease price Northern Pasture Area and is set annually by the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland. In 2026 the lease price is € 735 per hectare/per year. The lease price for the year 2026 is € 9,3728.21.
Do you disagree with the proposed lease?
If you have objections to the proposed 1-to-1 issuance of this liberalized lease, you must file a summary proceedings with the Interim Injunction Judge of the District Court of North Netherlands, Leeuwarden location, within 20 calendar days from the date of this publication(October 8, 2025). The period of 20 calendar days is an expiry period.
If you initiate summary proceedings, please notify us in writing within the aforementioned period of 20 calendar days, preferably by sending the draft summons by e-mail to the Land Affairs Department of the Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel, at e-mail address: grondzaken@t-diel.nl. If summary proceedings are not instituted no later than October 28, 2025 , no claims can be made against the Municipality with respect to the proposed issue of liberalized leasehold.
With this publication, the municipality is implementing the Supreme Court ruling Nov. 26, 2021 (ECLI:NL:HR:2021:1778).
