Issue of leasehold plot at Monnikenweg in Burgum
Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel intends to issue parcels of pasture 1 on 1 in liberalized lease. The municipality is of the opinion that, based on objective, reasonable and testable criteria, 1 serious candidate qualifies for the liberalized lease of these parcels, because the tenant in question has in the past stipulated in a land exchange that the tenant may continue to lease these lands until the municipality develops these parcels.

It concerns parcels of pasture land located on Monnikenweg in Burgum, cadastral municipality of Hardegarijp, section I, number 474, measuring 27,300m2, cadastral municipality of Hardegarijp, section I, number 447, measuring 50,555m2, cadastral municipality of Hardegarijp, section I, number 449 partly, measuring approx. 12,275m2.

Lease agreement and rent
The lease is concluded for a period of 1 year. The lease commences on January 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026.
The lease price is based on the maximum allowable lease price Northern Pasture Area and is set annually by the Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland. In 2026, the lease price is €735 per hectare/per year. The lease price for the year 2026 is € 6,624.55.

If you have objections to the proposed 1-to-1 issuance of this liberalized lease, you must file a summary proceedings with the Interim Injunction Judge of the District Court of North Netherlands, Leeuwarden location, within 20 calendar days from the date of this publication(October 8, 2025). The period of 20 calendar days is an expiry period.
If you initiate summary proceedings, please let us know in writing within the aforementioned period of 20 calendar days, preferably by sending the draft summons by e-mail to the Land Affairs Department of the Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel, at e-mail address: grondzaken@t-diel.nl. If summary proceedings are not commenced no later than October 28, 2025, no claims can be made against the municipality with respect to the proposed issue of liberalized leasehold.
With this publication, the municipality is implementing the Supreme Court ruling Nov. 26, 2021 (ECLI:NL:HR:2021:1778).
