Vessel in the water near the ice skating club on the Marwei in Aldtsjerk
Since November 2023, a vessel has been in the water near the ice skating club on the Marwei in Aldtsjerk. This vessel is no longer used for its intended purpose and is located within five meters of a reed collar. This is in violation of the General Local Ordinance (APV).
The vessel must be removed by Thursday, April 4, 2024, at the latest. If the vessel has not been removed by this date, we may decide to have it removed. The owner is therefore requested to contact us via telephone number 14 0511 and ask for Mrs. A. Louwes. You can also contact us if you know who the owner of the vessel is.
