Vessel in the water near the ice skating club on the Marwei in Aldtsjerk
There is a vessel in the water along the Marwei in Aldtsjerk, approximately 2 meters from the shore and near a reed bed. According to articles 4:13 and 5:27a of the Tytsjerksteradiel general local ordinance, this vessel is not allowed to be at this location. An order subject to administrative enforcement was issued on April 15, 2024. This order is attached to the vessel and can also be viewed at the front office of the town hall in Burgum.
Are you the owner of this vessel? Then remove it no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024. After this deadline, the municipality will remove the vessel. The costs associated with the administrative enforcement will be recovered from the offender.
