Intention to sell land at Freerk Bosgraafstraat 25 in Burgum
Gemeente Tytsjerksteradiel intends to sell the parcel of land locally located at Freerk Bosgraafstraat 25 in Burgum, kadastraal bekend Gemeente Bergum, Section G, number 7546 (partly), measuring approx. 220 m² (hereinafter referred to as: the "Real Estate").

Based on objective, reasonable and testable criteria, the Municipality considers that only 1 serious candidate is eligible to purchase the Real Estate. The other party owns the adjacent parcel and wishes to use the Real Estate for expansion. Based on this, the municipality has come to the opinion that the current other party is the only serious candidate.
Do you disagree with this decision?
If you are of the opinion that, based on the aforementioned criteria, you too should be eligible to purchase the Real Estate, you must commence interlocutory proceedings with the Interim Injunction Judge of the District Court of Noord-Nederland, Leeuwarden session location, within a period of 20 calendar days after this publication and therefore no later than October 21, 2025. This period is an expiry period.
In the absence of the commencement of summary proceedings, the right to take legal action against all of the aforementioned and/or to base any claim for damages or any other claim whatsoever thereon lapses, or at least you have processed your rights thereon. After all, the Municipality and the prospective buyer would be unreasonably disadvantaged if the intention to sell were to be contested only after this clearly stated deadline.
