Intention to sell land near Rinia van Nautaweg 4b in Gytsjerk

The Municipality of Tytsjerksteradiel intends to sell a parcel of snippergergroen with water located on the Rinia van Nautaweg in Gytsjerk, cadastrally known as municipality of Giekerk, section C, number 4075 (partly) in the size of approximately 80 m². 

The plot may only be used as in accordance with the destinations recreational harbor, traffic and water, according to the Gytsjerk-Mûnein 2021 zoning plan. The sale price is € 2,000.00 costs-to-buyer.

Based on objective, reasonable and testable criteria, the municipality is of the opinion that only 1 serious candidate qualifies for the purchase. Based on its policy (the issuance protocol), the Municipality sells snippet greenery only to adjacent owners. With regard to this plot there is 1 adjacent owner and therefore 1 serious candidate.

Do you disagree with this decision?

If you are of the opinion that, based on the above-mentioned criteria, you too should be eligible to purchase this parcel of snippergergroen, you must commence summary proceedings with the Interim Injunction Judge of the District Court of North Netherlands, location Leeuwarden, within a period of 14 calendar days and therefore no later than December 10, 2025. The period is an expiry period.
